A trip on the 10th May to Trog Dip cave, suitable for people with some caving experience. The cave is challenging and a fairly serious undertaking. Not for thos who want an easy trip! It has lots of big open spaces, small crawls, mud and water to overcome and thus requires determination and commitment to reach the “Vaults” A great trip and is open to all. You would need knee pads, warm layers and cavers will get very wet, a bag, spare dry layers, gloves, a bit of food and water and of course spare lights. Definitely a trip to remember and you can always, if your feeling very brave, take a swim in the river afterwards to wash the mud off. Sunday will be a easier trip to the Potholes and will be suitable for beginners and the cave will also be rigged for those who want to practice their SRT.
